Operator of Dadu Majra WtE plant to be replaced

The Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh is planning to replace the operator of the Dadu Majra WtE plant in Chandigarh. According to Tribune India, the current operator JP Associates has not been able to realise the aimed processing volume of 450 tons per day, but only managed to process 100 to 150 tons per day. Therefore, the local authorities have invited interested companies to demonstrate their capability to properly run the facility.
