Antony Waste’s contract extended in Mangaluru

The Karnataka Government has extended Antony Waste Handling Cell Pvt. Ltd.’s seven-year contract for solid waste management with Mangaluru City Corporation, which was set to expire on January 31 this year.

The state’s Urban Development Department has announced that the company’s contract will be extended for another 11 months when the State Cabinet approves it. The Corporation Council has already agreed to extend the contract period of the company, reports The Hindu.
