Bloom Energy and EnergyPower cooperate on biogas

California-based fuel cell producer Bloom Energy and EnergyPower have announced a joint project producing electricity from biogas in the Shirala district, Maharashtra. Energy Power will deploy a new AD plant to process both agricultural and municipal organic waste to produce biogas, which will then fuel Bloom Energy Servers. In the first half of 2020, the project should produce enough biogas to fuel 4 MW of servers. This was reported by Biomass Magazine.
