Construction start announced for Kozhikode WtE plant

According to the source (the Times of India), the construction works for the Njeliyanparambu WtE facility should start in December 2019. The INR 2.5 billion project is to be installed by Zonta Infratech Private Ltd. in a public-private partnership. Zonta is responsible for designing, building, financing and operation with its specially formed Malabar Waste Management Private Ltd Company. Once completed, the facility should treat 300 tpd.
