Editor Construction works have begun at a biomass plant in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The CHP facility Chhatta 2 will have a capacity of 18 MW and is an extension for the already operating 16 MW facility Chhatta 1. It will be fuelled with rice husks and operated by Usher Eco Power, an Indian agro-processing company, as reported by the source.
