According to a report by The Times of India, the plans of a proposed site visit to Peringamala, Thiruvananthapuram, for construction of a WtE facility, has been postponed on Monday. The state government has decided to wait until elections are held, and to see the results from a similar pilot project being proposed in Kozhikode, before replicating the success in other parts of the state.
