E-waste recycling plant to be opened in Narasapura

The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board has given approval to Indian-based Cerebra Integrated Technologies to start operations at the company’s new e-waste recycling facility in the Narasapura industrial area, Kolar district. At the plant, electronic waste is to be dismantled and segregated from precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium and rhodium. The company now has all necessary approvals and will start operations immediately. Information on investments are not disclosed in the source, the Business Standard.
