Editor According to The Times of India, the municipal authorities of Guragon and Faridabad, Haryana, are apparently considering to jointly set up a 10 MW WtE plant. The two municipalities are currently producing around 1,500 tpy of waste, which is disposed of at a landfill in Bandwhari. Furthermore, it was outlined that a potential WtE plant could be extended in 2035, when local waste generation is projected to have risen to 2,200 tpy.
