The Kolhapur Municipal Corporation (KMC) has released its budget plans for 2017-2018. According to The Times of India, the plans include investments into health infrastructure and targets to improve the waste management system. According to the chairman of the standing committee of KMC, some of the budget has already been set aside in order to develop a WtE project.
