Editor In a review of urban development programmes of the central government in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh, the Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, Hardeep Puri, said that execution of the Waste-to-Energy and Waste to composting plants in Haryana may be accelerated because the state only processes 3% of the waste generated. According to Domain B, he also demanded the state of Chandigarh to improve its solid waste processing and ensure that 100% waste gets processed.
