Mumbai start-up works on WtE solutions

A Mumbai-based start-up is developing waste management solutions for the City of Mumbai, Maharashtra, according to a report by The Times of India.

The solutions are aimed at bio and medical waste as well as Waste to Energy treatment. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has selected the company as part of a promotional programme for start-ups under the Society for Mumbai Incubation Lab to Entrepreneurship Council (SMILE Council). Further information on the company was not disclosed.
