Narela-Bawana plant to be launched in March

After having been rescheduled multiple times already, the launch of the WtE plant in Narela-Bawana, New Delhi, is supposedly going to take place next month. According to The Times of India, the inauguration is set for the first week of March. When finally in full operation, the two boilers in Narela-Bawana will have two times the energy capacity of New Delhis’s other two WtE plants. Apart from that, the Narela-Bawana plant will meet all environmental standards, as officials claim.
