New Barabanki CNG plant operational

A new biogas plant has started operations in Chandauli, Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The new AD plant was set up under the UP Global Investors Summit for an investment of INR 1.5 billion (EUR 16.83 million).

It treats stubble from local farmers to produce CNG. Information on the AD plant’s capacities was not disclosed in the source.
