New biogas plant inaugurated in Varanasi

A biogas plant with a capacity of 200 cubic metres has been inaugurated in the Akauni village in Chandauli district, Varanasi.

According to the news report, the plant was implemented in cooperation with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). It has an intake capacity of 5 tpd of cow manure.
