The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram has recently inaugurated an MRF in Badshahpur, Haryana.
Waste management company Ecogreen Energy will operate the facility, which can recycle multiple waste streams including plastic, glass and metal, according to Construction World.
The waste is supposed to be separated at the MRF. With a capacity of 150 tpd, 50 vehicles for garbage collection across the region will be assigned to this facility. In the beginning, only 100 tpd of waste will be managed at the site.
