A WtE plant in Europe. For representational purpose only
On 16 February 2024, a new WtE plant was inaugurated in the city of Rewa, Uttar Pradesh. The 6 MWe, 350 tpd facility was built under the Regional Integrated Solid Waste Management Scheme in Pahadiya.
According to the report, the investment cost of this project amounted to approximately INR 1.6 billion (EUR 17.6 million).
