Editor The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has pled company JITF to continue with its door-to-door waste collection and lifting works in the city of Bathinda until 31 January 2018. The company had earlier stated to seize its solid waste collection and transportation operations in the Bathinda cluster on 31 December 2017, due to various difficulties. As reported by The Tribune, the Municipal Corporation of Bathinda appealed to the NGT to direct the company to continue for at least another month in public interest.
