CII International Waste to Worth event: Promoting collaboration in waste sector with Czech Republic

The Confederation of India Industry (CII) in association with Technology Development Board, GoI and supported by Swachh Bharat Mission, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affair, GoI is organizing the International Conference and Exhibition on Waste to Worth from 30 October 2020 to 15 November 2020. As official media partners, SolidWasteIndia has been giving you detailed news and information from the event.

Concurrent to International Conference and Exhibition, a webinar is being organised with Ministry of Trade & industry of the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi. It will be held online on November 6 from 2.30-3.30 pm. Titled “Co-operation with Czech Republic on Waste Management: Green Technology Solutions & Best Practices,” the webinar seeks to promote partnership between the Czech Republic and India in waste sector,

Czech Republic is one of the leading nations in the implementation of systematic waste prevention methodology (Industrial Upcycling) in the business and industrial environment of Czechia. This approach later evolved as a ground stone of INDUSTRY 5.0 – production, consumption and logistics methods leading to wasteless world. The country prides itself for technology development and general industrial advance, related to waste sector, and is keen to transfer these skills and experience to India. .

The Webinar will highlight opportunities for cooperation with Czech Republic, as well as initiatives of the Czech Republic in Waste Management. Some of the speakers at the session include:
