According to ChemFuels, the first waste processing plant in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, has received approval from the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board. The investment for the project is INR 118 crores, and the produced RDF from the facility will be sold to local cement companies. Ramki Group will operate the plant and is planning to propose a WtE facility at the site.
