Swachh Sustainable Solutions Pvt Ltd has been awarded a grant as part of The GSMA Innovation Fund for Digital Urban Services. Swacch Sustainable Solutions operates under the brand name, Recircle, in India. Recircle aggregates the collection and processing of dry waste to sell Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) credits to businesses.

ReCircle aims to scale and digitise their existing dry waste supply chain process, from collection to processing by bringing together multi-level waste collectors, aggregators, recyclers and processors.

Recircle says it will use the grant funding to digitise their existing dry waste supply chain from collection to processing. The platform will bring together individual household-level waste collectors, waste aggregators, recyclers and processors across two to three Indian cities.

The GSMA Innovation Fund for Digital Urban Services is supported by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
