Editor In its budget for 2016-2017, the Kochi Municipal Corporation (KMC) has affirmed its commitment to the Brahmapuram WtE project. Construction was announced to start within the next 6 months, with the plant scheduled to be finished within 18 months after the beginning of the works. In December 2015, the BOT contract for the 330 tpd WtE facility was awarded to company GL Nature Care Consortium. This was reported by The Hindu.
