Scrap aluminium facility under construction in Sri City

Construction has commenced in a scrap-fed aluminium alloy plant in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. According to recycling today, the project, developed by Daiki Aluminium Industry India, will be capable of processing 84,000 tonnes of aluminium ingot annually. The project cost is INR 249.48 crores and the facility is expected to be operational by early 2020. Daiki Aluminium has previously invested in facilities in Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines.
