State government supports AD projects in Moga

According to The United News of India, the local government of Punjab aims to support biogas projects in Moga by subsidising costs. Therefore, a new AD plant owner in the rural areas should get a refund within 2 years after putting a new facility into operation. The amount of the subsidy depends on the size of a new plant: facilities of up to 1 cubic metre receives a subsidy of INR 5,500 (EUR 71.84), plants sized between 2 and 6 cubic metres receive INR 9,000 (EUR 117.55) and scheduled castes people will get INR 11,000 (EUR 143.68) per unit.
