WtE plant in Guntur is now ready for operations

The WtE plant in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, is now ready for operations, according to The New Indian Express. This was announced by officials reporting to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister during the recently held Clean Andhra Pradesh (CLAP) meeting.

An exact date of commissioning of the Guntur plant is not stated in the source.

According to information from June 2021, the facility that was built by Jindal ITF Urban Infrastructure Limited (JUIL) was due to be ready for operations in July 2021 already.
