The Times of India has reported that construction works for the Ghaziabad WtE plant are likely to begin soon, as the land acquisition process was completed recently. Indian company Accord Hydro was awarded the contract to develop and establish the 10 MW plant. The project entails investments amounting to INR 3.5 billion (EUR 44 million). Further technical details about the plant have yet to be published.
