In a party conference meeting, delegates have charged the Kochi state government to hasten completion of the Brahmapuram waste-to-energy plant project, as the New Indian Express reported. The 96,000 tpd project was proposed by the Kochi Corporation and aims at generating 10MW of electricity from waste.
