According to The Times of India, due to an almost two-year-long delay in the implementation of the Secunderabad RDF project, the constructor of the project, PEC Limited, is now considering to pull out of the project. Up until now, the local government has not yet managed to provide the land necessary for the realization of the project. Reportedly, the local administration is now looking into the option of acquiring land belonging to the Defence Estate Office (DEO) or India’s army for the project.
