Adani and Reliance to build 10 CBG plants across India

Indian gas company Adani Total Gas and multinational conglomerate company Reliance industry have reached an agreement for the construction of 10 CBG plants across India.

The companies intend to build five plants within the following 5 years, and the other fiver after that. In total, the plants should produce 30 million tons of CBG and treat between 250 and 500 tpd of organic waste each. The total investment should amount to INR 25 billion (EUR 272.84 million) for each company.

Currently, a plant in Uttar Pradesh is under construction, while the locations for the other plants are not determined yet.
