Editor According to The Times of India, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) mayor has assured the inhabitants of Daruthenga that the proposed WtE plant, to be located in Bhuasuni, will not have any negative environmental effects within the municipality. To prevent any damages, the facility will use a controlled combustion system for waste treatment. Once finished, the facility should process 600 tons of waste per day, generating 11.5 MWh.
