Aurangabad issues tender for Harsul plant again

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation has, once again, released a tender for its controversial integrated municipal solid waste processing plant at Harsul.

The last date for submitting the tender is March 16 and involves the design, supply, installation, erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of MSW treatment equipments and machineries at Harsul.

The 150 TPD has been in the news since several years. The project was delayed last year too due to a disagreement among the political parties regarding potential bidders.
