Bhandewadi WtE plant construction delayed

Construction of the planned 11.5 MW Bhandewadi WtE plant in Maharashtra, has been delayed once again, the Times of India reports. Essel Utilities, responsible for building the plant, has assured that construction phase will begin in 4 to 6 weeks. The civic body has announced that if work does not commence soon, it would cancel the agreement and award the project to another company.
