CBG plant in Dhuriyapar operational

A compressed biogas (CBG) plant has been inaugurated in Dhuriyapar, Uttar Pradesh. Investment costs amounted to RS 1.68 billion (EUR 18.6 million).

According to earlier sources, the plant should process 230 tpd of cow dung and crop residues into 28 tpd of CBG fuel.
