Clearance of NOIDA twin tower demolition debris continues

Exactly one month after the demolition of the Supertech twin towers, the Noida authority met with Edifice Engineering to discuss the ongoing debris removal work. It instructed Edifice Engineering to remove the debris by November 28.

Authorities announced that starting that the transportation of debris from the twin tower demolition site in Sector 93A will resume after a brief gap. On September 11, the debris management project got under way. The debris was delivered to Sector 80’s construction and demolition (C&D) waste processing facility managed by ReSustainability, according to the officials. The total amount of debris is approximately 28,000 tonnes, but only 200 tonnes of it have been removed during the transportation process, reports Hindustan Times.
