The construction of the WtE facility in Mussoorie, Dehradun, is likely to start in March 2019. According to Hyderabad-based company Ramky, which is responsible for setting up the facility, the construction work and commissioning will take 16 months approximately. As reported by The Pioneer, the project could be replacing the one in Roorkee announced in 2015, which is around 100 km away from Mussoorie.
