Funds for Nagpur WtE project approved

The Nagpur Municipal Corporation’s (NMC) standing committee has reportedly approved the funds for the Nagpur WtE project. According to The Times of India, the 11.5 MW facility will be set up by a consortium consisting of Essel Infraprojects and Hitachi Zosen India and should have a treatment capacity of around 800 tpd. According to earlier sources, project costs are estimated to amount to INR 3.08 billion (USD 45.3 million).
