German biogas specialist Archea Anlagenbau GmbH has commissioned a biogas facility in Goa. The company constructed the plant together with Dutch dB technologie b.v. within 18 months. According to the source, the facility is being fed with 40,000 tpy of household waste, which is later processed into biomethane. A 1 MW CHP unit covers the plant’s electricity demand.
