Government of Haryana plans more than 400 biogas plants for cow dung

The government of Haryana announced plans for new biogas plants in all over 400 gaushalas (protective shelters for cows) in the state for utilizing cow dung. First they focus on the construction of biogas plants for 53 gaushalas in public-private partnerships. The source, Energy Infra Post, does not provide information on the actual size of the individual plants.
