Heraeus to open recycling facility in Udaipur

According to Business Standard, German company Heraeus, recycler of reforming catalyst, is to open a facility in Udaipur, Rajasthan, to recover precious metals from spent petroleum catalysts. The plant will be operated by Ravindra Heraeus, a joint venture between the Ravindra Choksi family and Heraeus. The new facility will offer a higher capacity and technology to recycle platinum and palladium to the petrochemical industry of India.
