Small-scale AD plant inaugurated in Chandigarh

As reported by The Times of India, a new small-scale biogas plant has been commissioned in the City of Chandigarh. The plant was officially inaugurated by Parimal Raithe, advisor to the administration, at Sood Dharamshala, Sector 22-D Chandigarh. Together with the biogas plant, a solar photovoltaic power plant as well as rainwater harvesting units were commissioned in the city. The source does not comment on the biogas technology applied at the site.
