Indian Oil Corporation has recently decided to form joint ventures with EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt Ltd and GPS Renewables Pvt Ltd, in which each party will have a 50% stake.
Approvals from the NITI Aayog of the Union Ministry of Finance and other relevant ministries are still pending. The joint ventures are intended to accelerate the construction of new CBG plants.
