As reported by mercomindia, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) has planned various investments in renewable energy, including AD. Apart from heavily increasing engagements in solar, wind and biomass, IOCL is also introducing a strong focus on biofuels, such as compressed biogas. It has issued letters of intent for 75 biogas projects to produce 792 tpd of compressed biogas as fuel.
