JBM Group partners with Haryana on new WtE plant

As Zeebiz reports, JBM Group has signed a concession agreement with the Haryana state government to build and operate a 5 MW power plant in Sonepat. This plant will treat 500 tons of municipal waste per day. The project will be developed by JBM Environment Management with an investment of EUR 22 million. It will entail door-to-door collection of waste, transportation, construction and operation of the power plant. The power plant will be constructed on a 20 acres of state government allotted land. For the project, JBM Group has partnered with the Polish waste management company Ekolog.
