Konecranes to deliver WtE technology to Hyderabad

A 20 MW Waste-to-Energy facility in Hyderabad, Telangana, will be receiving 2 semi-automated WtE cranes and 1 electrical overhead travelling (EOT) crane in June 2018. The cranes, which were manufactured by Finland-based company Konecranes, will be utilised by Hyderabad Integrated MSW Ltd. According to Globenewswire, the cranes will be lifting about 1,200 tons of waste per day and are expected to improve operations of the facility.
