KSIDC to build recycling facilities

Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation’s (KSIDC) will be allocated land to build solid waste and plastic recovery and recycling facilities, as reported by The Hindu. The facilities should be located near the KSIDC centres in Kannur, Kozhikode and Alappuzha. All the areas would already have infrastructure including power, water and roads. KSIDC is already operating recycling units in Kannur and Kanjikode and now plans about 15 new recycling units.
