MoU signed for RDF co-incineration in Tiruchirappalli

The Tiruchirappalli Corporation and Dhandapani Cements have signed a MoU to co-incinerate 3 tonnes per day as RDF in the cement kilns. According to The Times of India, inert waste which cannot be composted, will be incinerated. Currently 17 tonnes of inert waste is being incinerated daily.
