Editor The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is inviting international companies to submit proposals for three WtE facilities with a capacity of 1,000 metric tons per day each. Mumbai generates about 6,500 tons of waste per day (see also issue 2012-18). This was reported by Waste Management World.
