New CBG plant in Dhuriapar on trial run

The CBG plant in Dhuriapar, Uttar Pradesh, has started the trial run phase. The plant, developed by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, is to process 230 tpd of straw and mud, but crop residue and cow dung could be added as well.

The output capacity is expected to be 28 tpd of CBG. According to the source, the project was financed with a sum of INR 1.6 billion (EUR 18.16 billion).
