The Municipal Corporation of Ludhiana has presented plans to set up a large-scale biogas plant in Ludhiana, Punjab. Plans provide for the plant to process 200 tpd of wet biowaste to produce CNG.
If approved by the Local Government Department, tenders for construction works should be published soon. As further stated in the source, the project is estimated to cost INR 360 million (EUR 4.22 million).
