New plastic recycling facility to start in Indore

India-based Shakti Plastic Industries is launching a bottle-to-bottle HDPE/PP recycling plant in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The plant is supposed to provide sorting, cleaning, shredding, and melting of plastic waste which is to be converted into recycled materials. Specifically, the facility reportedly includes a deodorizer, a colour sorter, a material sorter, a hot washing unit, a dryer, an extruder, and a palletizer.

Information on financing and the opening date are not mentioned in the report.
