Renewable fuels company Nexgen Energia plans to invest RS 30 billion (EUR 332 million) to set up a compressed biogas (CBG) plant in Gujarat.
Once operational, the plant should supply CBG directly to CNG pumps. The investment includes joint ventures for CBG and EV projects. The proposal has been submitted to the Government of Gujarat and the signing of the MoU is imminent.
